Shipping
All domestic destination shipping is free. We ship by USPS, Priority, or UPS ground. A signature will be required for receipt.
Any Express, or faster shipping will be charged separately, through the Crosby Collection Store, 1-800-960-8839.
Returns
Return must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.
"Sale" items may not be returned, for credit or exchange. Sales of all "Sale" items are final.
Contact Crosby Collection , 800-960-8839 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Merchandise must be in original and undamaged condition and insured for purchase value. Please return to Crosby Collection, P O Box 3297, 419 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of the returned product.
Merchandise must be returned in original, or equivalent, safe packaging. Crosby Collection is not responsible for for returns or repairs damaged in return transit; it is solely the responsibility of the customer/shipper.
Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt to Crosby Collection. If authorized, the refund will be made to the original method of payment.
