Repair Policy

We understand that there will be times when a a piece of jewelry will need to be repaired. We are happy to assist you. Proof of purchase is required for all repairs.

Within six months of the purchase, repair costs are covered by Crosby Collection.  After six months, the repair costs will be paid by the customer.

If the jewelry has been mistreated, including the initial six months of purchase, the repair cost will be paid by the customer.

Repair costs can vary and it is not possible to give an estimate, as the artists typically cannot know the length of time it will take to repair, or the cost of material.

We do not do in house repairs.  We return, either directly to the artist, or to a reputable repair shop. Repairs can take from 6 - 8 weeks. We do not have any control on time; but assure you that we will return it to you as soon as we receive it back.  Please understand our jewelry is handcrafted and can be vulnerable.

Please call us at 800-960-8839 to receive instructions on Returns. Please pack pieces carefully, in order to prevent further damage. Crosby Collection will not be liable for merchandise that is not properly packaged.  It is best to save the packaging that was shipped to you, providing there was no damage to the box. Please use bubble wrap, popcorn, and tissue.  We are happy to advise you on packaging.

Crosby Collection does not repair merchandise that was not purchased from us.
